1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged).
- Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or an unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
4. Return Process
- Email us with your order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will review and approve the return request.
- Once approved, pickup or return instructions will be shared.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after the returned item passes inspection.
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
6. Replacement / Exchange
If a replacement or exchange request is approved, the new item will be delivered to your registered address within 3–5 working days.
7. Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping is free only for damaged or incorrect products. For other returns or exchanges, shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
